Photoshop configuration at install

I have been using the Package creator to make the msi files and I can see that Adobe says it is possible to send certain configurations out to the computers, but I have never seen exactly how this is done.

One of our departments use Photoshop and Lightroom for Photo Editing and we have been recommended to apply some settings.

Naturally, I am not interested to do this manually for 120 users nor can I trust the users that they know what is best practice.

I would like to push out a basic setting, as per below for each installation, so that each new user gets these settings when using Photoshop.

How can this be done?

Memory Usage – Under Preferrence -> performance -> increase the slider bar to 90%.

Set the cache levels to high

Turn off Automatically Save Recovery.

In Preferences > File Handling -> Disable Compression of PSD and PSB Files

Scratch Disk - Thunderbolt = 10GB/sec Preferences > Scratch Disks

Limit History – set it to 4. ( default is 20)

click the Panel menu and choose Panel Options. – Select Non

Under - Preferrence -> General – Turn off “Export Clipboard”
