One of our users had two licenses. We were going to remove one to give to another employee, so:
- Late last week, I removed the user from one of the two licenses and reassigned that license to the new employee.
- This morning, I was informed that I had removed the wrong account. I immediately revoked the new employee's license and reassigned it to the previous email address.
- That user is telling me the Cloud data is gone, including "project files."
I had thought that cloud assets on an account weren't immediately deleted upon license removal - doesn't Adobe allow a few days for a user to come up with a new license to preserve their cloud data? Is there any way to recover her data at this point?
