Recently I've noticed that I'm unable to download updates for my CC apps at work. (It hasn't been an issue thus far):

I've tried the troubleshooting tips on this page with no success:

Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Our IT team have said that our firewall settings may have changed recently which could be contributing to the issue.

-Is there a specific port or ports that need to be opened for the updates to work again?

-Or alternatively anything else I can tell our IT team to try?

J'ai une erreur après la fin d'installation d' un pack de déploiement fait avec Adobe Creative Cloud Packager.

J'ai enlevé le logiciel Dimension CC car dans un forum en anglais, c'était indiqué.

J'ai déjà fait des packs d'installations pour ces mêmes machines et autres et je n'ai jamais eu ce problème.

La machine est propre car remastérisée

OS Windows 7 Pro x64

Auriez-vous une solution s'il vous plait ?

We have a team of folks on macs, one is on high sierra and the others are on Sierra. We all upgraded to the newest release of 12.0.0 together. The person with high sierra is a brand new install with no third party plug-ins, everyone else is on Sierra. Three of us use animation composer for AE & film impact for PP. The animation team uses various plug-ins.

When we pushed the update to 12.0.1, none of us could open the program. Not the fresh install on high sierra and not the existing users on Sierra. This is the error message we get on both Sierra & High Sierra computers.

Since there's no rhyme or reason here, especially with one being a brand new clean install of high sierra, on a new to him macbook pro, and everyone else having the same issues with PP & AE, what the heck is happening? Twitter help told a colleague to:

For those of you who are having issues with the 12.0.1 update for Premiere, After Effects, etc this is what Adobe suggested as a solution to the problem:

Please try these steps on your co-worker’s machines. Close all Adobe applications in Activity Monitor.

• Double click on blank desktop screen first.

• Now on top left corner of the screen (near Apple Icon), click on Go > Go to Folder.

Location 1: In the box type ~/Library/Application Support.

Location 2: In the box type ~/Library/Preferences.

Location 3: Documents folder.

I'm concerned about renaming all of Application Support since it's more than just PP & AE we are changing. Plus - we are mid-project (80 videos are due in less than a month). I need some guidance from Adobe Technical Support. Thanks!

I get premier pro and a ton of other adobe applications for free from my school. They provide a rar file that u click and it downloads the app and creative cloud. The thing is it downloads the application to the main drive (boot drive). I was wondering if anyone knew how to move it to my other faster ssd.

I am wondering if someone could shed me some light on this issue.

Here in Serbia we can only get Adobe CC for Teams,

which is available through re-sellers,

at a close to insane prices if you want to buy it as an individual.

It's about 6-7 times more than standard individual fee,

if you could even get it, because sometimes the re-sellers need proof that you are a team (e.g. you have registered company)

and not an individual.

So basically, if you are an individual from Serbia, you can't buy an individual license for Creative Cloud.

However, I have managed to get a license through 500px website membership (it is only a double of original price, since you pay for 500px membership too)

and used the CC for a year.
Now when I need to renew my subscription, Adobe doesn't allow it for me to do it directly through creating a payment method on my profile.

Also, 500px website doesn't allow me to renew Membership with added Adobe CC plan.

As I have searched about this over the past period,

I have found out that Serbia isn't the only world country that is not eligible for Adobe CC individual plans.

So, my questions are, considering all of this:

Why Adobe CC for individuals is not available worldwide?
Does anyone have any information if Adobe plans to include these countries into the list of eligible countries in the near future?

I work at a newspaper, and the October 2017 updates haven't appeared in one of my colleague's Creative Cloud app. She still has InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator CC 2017 installed, and they are all marked as up to date in her list of apps. When I "Check for App Updates," it doesn't find anything. We've tried uninstalling and re-installing all the software and the Creative Cloud app itself and nothing has worked so far. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you all.

we have the following problem with one of our devices: We seem to be unable to re-activate Adobe CC using a education device license after the same device has been deactived via the admin console.

I have taken the following steps:

1. Complete deinstallation using the AdobeCCUninstaller.exe followed by CreativeCloudCleanerTool

2. Manual removal of files left in C:\Users\username\AppData and C:\Programms (x86)\Adobe and C:\Programms (x86)\Common Files\

3. Repair of the host-files with AdobeLimitedAccessRepairTool

4. Successfully checked if I can reach the Adobe License-Servers

5. Packaged a new package using the Creative Cloud Packager downloaded from the admin console and omitting the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Device license and the correct pool were selected according to the help files

6. Installed the package using the setup.exe in the "build" folder -> was successfull

7. Ran the AdobeSerialization.exe packaged in the same way as above

Result: Photoshop & Co. won't start but ask for login with an Adobe ID. That shouldn't happen with an device license, should it?

What am I doing wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I've been at it for days to no avail.

If the contract is changed from cct to cce, will users have to reinstall the program?

If there is a way for users to use the product without reinstalling the product, please respond.

Is it possible to download the csv file of the existing cct users and upload it to the cce console?

If possible, please let me know how.

ich habe heute für mein Team die Creative Cloud Team Lizens gekauft für 49,99€ pro Monat im Angebot.

Bis jetzt konnte ich nur einen Teammitglied das Produkt "Creative Cloud (alle Applikationen)" zuweisen.

Ich war der Annahme, dass der oben genannte Preis alle Lizensen, die ich vergeben will abdeckt (Anzahl der Lizensen wäre bei 5 Teammitgliedern: 2 für die Creative Cloud (alle Applikationen) und 3 für Photoshop.

Wenn ich jedoch Benutzer hinzufügen will, funktioniert dieses nicht, da ich erst weitere Lizensen hinzufügen muss.

Verstehe ich es richtig, dass ich wenn ich noch jemanden das Produkt "Creative Cloud (alle Applikationen)" zuweisen will, nochmal 49,99 € kaufen muss bzw. wenn ich jemanden Photoshop zuweisen will 19,99 € mit auf meine monatliche Rechnung zum Abo kommt?

Around 9pm PST on Dec 31, 2017, my previously working home installation of Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 decided to revert to trial mode.  I had been using the Creative Cloud for Teams account associated with my work e-mail address for many months without any issues, but an odd quirk seems to have triggered a hiccup in the licensing for the applications on my home PC (Premiere Pro and After Effects also reverted to trial modes).  When I returned to the office on Jan 2, all of my applications on my office workstation were working fine and I verified with our IT department that our Team license is still active and valid...but my home PC continued to list my installed applications as being trials.

I logged off of Creative Cloud on my home PC and decided to try and install it on an older home PC.  Everything installed as fully licensed there.  But I have better hardware in my slightly newer PC (I can't use Mercury GPU acceleration on my old PC), so I eventually need to get things running on my primary PC.  

All three machines run Windows 10.

I posted this question on the general Creative Cloud forum, but the responses didn't help me.

Stop Creative Cloud from reverting to trial mode

I've even fully uninstalled Creative Cloud, used the CC cleaner tools, and reinstalled the applications...even tried installing them in different locations.    The annoying thing is that I initially get a "Congratulations on purchasing Creative Cloud using your Adobe ID (the one associated with my work e-mail address). Click continue to enjoy the licensed copy of your software)" dialog when I first try to run a CC application on my primary home PC.  But, for applications whose trial period has since expired, when I click "Continue" I get stuck in a "Validating software license..." loop which never ends until I manually intercept the close dialog button (I can also stop the loop by logging out of my account via the Creative Cloud application or from any application running in trial mode).

How would you kick off RUM from SCCM to multiple machines? Is there a silent switch also?

I've got an internal AUSST server that pulls updates directly from Adobe and I want my endpoint clients to pull the updates from the internal server using the overrides file created in the Creative Cloud Packager tool. However, I can't seem to get the endpoints to pull from the server, and they can't access Adobe themselves so we're currently unable to use Creative Cloud in our environment.

I opened a support call with Adobe, but they closed the call saying I'd not responded within 24 hours, despite me having responded within three hours and sending the files they requested via email.

Any help is much appreciated.

So, I went to create a new distribution for the "old" 2017 apps, and in CC Packager, when checking "Show Archived Versions" both Premiere and After Effects 2017 are missing. Heck, Premiere 2015 is also missing. I just see "Premiere Pro CC" and "Premiere Pro CS6".

This is on both Mac and PC, both running the latest Creative Cloud packager (1.13). I can't find anything that documents why this would be the case, or any workaround.

I am a new user on a Creative Cloud for teams license. I successfully installed the Adobe CC app on my PC (running Windows 10), but nothing happens when I click the "Install Adobe Apps" button. The assets tab tells me there is an update available (even though I only just downloaded CC), but when I allow the update I'm stuck on "Updating Creative Cloud, Please wait...".

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my PC multiple times, and restarted the app plenty of times. The DLM log looks like this every time I initiate an update:

Hello there everyone, I wanted to ask if I can get the Silent Switch to uninstall Illustrator CC 2018 (Version 22.0.1). I am packaging up these new CC 2018 apps and I am a bit surprised that so far the uninstall process is very mix. Some are simple MSI Product Code and some require asking for help because the uninstall string does not include Silent Switch.

What is the silent switch for Illustrator CC 2018 (Version 22.0.1)?

With the Roto Brush, masking is not applied to parts of the image after 2 seconds.
