I've had a Creative Cloud for ETLA license for a few years. In April of 2017, when my last license expired, I mistakenly subscribed through a different route, where I was charged a significant monthly rate, as opposed to the very modest annual fee I had been paying. Working through Adobe support at this phone number,
1-800-833-6687 I was assisted in cancelling my license. I simultaneously re-purchased a CC for ETLA license, and received a redemption code. I've entered the code but, and when I try to go through the process again, I am told I've already entered that code. However, I have not been able to complete the new registration. I have various applications downloaded but now they fail to open (Photoshop and Premier).
