Been trying to get a new AUSST 4 server set up for the last week and constantly getting errors. Running AUSST on a dedicated machine for AUSST and CC Packager. Whether I run AUSST Fresh or Incremental, AUSST ends with exits with code 0, but reports 77 errors.
Looking at clean logs, right from the start, AUSST outputs the following over and over and over throughout the process...
10/27/16 10:43:47:098 | [FATAL] | | AAMEE | HUM | HUMInterface | | | 1969402 | Unable to take engine lock as another installation is running.
10/27/16 10:43:47:098 | [FATAL] | | AAMEE | HUM | HUMInterface | | | 1969402 | Error occurred in creating session with error code '108'
10/27/16 10:43:47:098 | [INFO] | | AAMEE | HUM | HUMInterface | | | 1969402 | Exiting hdpimCreateSession, new session ID is '(null)'
10/27/16 10:43:47:098 | [ERROR] | | AAMEE | HUM | HUMInterface | | | 1969402 | failed to create hdpimsession with error code 108
As well, I also get a lot of "Download Failed" lines (though, reports as INFO, not ERROR), as the process goes on, such as...

Anyone have a clue what might be wrong?
I've now clean-installed and rebuilt this server 3 times this week.
I've also installed AUSST 4 on a completely different machine/different network (at home) and get the same sort of errors.
Not sure what's going on and would appreciate any insight?
Regards,
Kristin.
